Who, what, where, when
Enjoy 'at height' at De Utrechtse Heuvelrug holiday park! In the heart of the Netherlands you will find this holiday park, surrounded by beautiful forests, heathland, sand drifts, grassland and water. All this in combination with the differences in height make the area perfectly suited for experiencing beautiful adventures, on foot or by bike. From the holiday park in the middle of nature you will be in bustling Utrecht within half an hour and in historic Amersfoort within 20 minutes!
The park is located in the middle of the National Park De Utrechtse Heuvelrug, to which it owes its name. This area is surprisingly versatile with its beautiful castles and picturesque villages. Maarn, the village in which the holiday park is located, stands out the most. It is the last intact garden village in the Netherlands on the nomination list of the Unesco World Heritage List. From forests to grassland and from heaths to sand dunes, cycling and walking are wonderful in the vicinity of EuroParcs De Utrechtse Heuvelrug thanks to the diversity of landscapes.
For those who want to experience culture on holiday, EuroParcs De Utrechtse Heuvelrug is the right place! Within half an hour you are in Utrecht, the beating heart of the Netherlands. In this lively city atmosphere, shopping and good food are central. You can also enjoy yourself here with the children in the Railway Museum and the Miffy Museum. But the medieval city of Amersfoort is also just around the corner from EuroParcs De Utrechtse Heuvelrug, where you can discover a lot of culture and history and admire animals in the Amersfoort Zoo!
In recent years, attention has been focused on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), the environment and sustainability in business. More and more companies have received a quality mark in the form of, for example, a Green Key. We from team EuroParcs De Utrechtse Heuvelrug are proud that we can bear this quality mark. All our rental properties meet the Green Key requirements. With the Green Key, our guests want to show that we attach great importance to sustainable business!
