In beautiful Friesland, you will find EuroParcs Hindeloopen, located on the IJsselmeer. The ideal destination for water sports enthusiasts and sun-worshippers, but also for the nature lover. Here you can really unwind! The panoramic views over the rippling water, standing with your feet in the water or exploring the area by boat.

IJsselmeer

EuroParcs Hindeloopen is right on the shores of the IJsselmeer. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy their stay at this holiday park. Sailing, supping or swimming. From EuroParcs Hindeloopen, you can dive into the lovely waters of the IJsselmeer in no time.

Picturesque villages and towns

The park is also an ideal base from which to explore the South-West Fryslan region, home to seven of the Frisian Eleven Cities (Eleven City Tour): Workum, Hindeloopen, Stavoren, IJlst, Sloten, Sneek and Bolsward. The towns have a rich history that has been well preserved.

Protecting nature

We work closely with the Province to protect nature at EuroParcs Hindeloopen. The park has a nature permit. Water recreation is not allowed all year round. Pursuant to the nature permit, there is a general ban on water recreation in the period from 1 October to 1 April. From April 1 to October 1, water recreation is allowed on the west and north side of the holiday park. Kindly refer to the park map. Please inquire at reception for more information. We are also happy to give you tips about water recreation in the area. Please note, we ensure proper compliance with water recreation at the park.
