Across Europe, more than 1,300 employees create surprising and unforgettable vacation experiences for around 700,000 guests every year.
The company's story began over 40 years ago. In 2001, Dutch entrepreneur Wim Vos Senior introduced the current brand name EuroParcs. Between 2001 and 2013, his two sons, Wim Vos Junior and Wouter Vos, joined the company. The company's new headquarters in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, was inaugurated in 2016.
As an internationally growing company, EuroParcs has been part of Waterland Private Equity Investments since 2019. This decision enabled further expansion of vacation parks in various European countries. The aim today is to be the most innovative brand of vacation parks in Europe.
In addition to innovation, the basis for success is also cooperation with local partners - from authorities to tourism associations and suppliers. EuroParcs aims to create significant added value for regional tourism with high-quality vacation parks.

EuroParcs has more than 40 years of experience in the professional management of vacation parks. The company quickly had a clear goal: the vacation parks should offer their guests a wonderful vacation. The owners of the vacation homes should also benefit as much as possible from the parks.
The concept has been popular for many years - and this has allowed the initially small company to grow: over 1,300 people now work for EuroParcs. The company now operates vacation parks at over 50 locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria. The head office of the Dutch company is located in Amersfoort. Activities within Germany are coordinated from the Düsseldorf office.
Another important vision that EuroParcs is pursuing is that of a sustainable vacation park. The company buys up existing parks and converts them to make them more environmentally friendly. To this end, EuroParcs' park concepts use modern innovations such as energy-saving technologies, solar panels and heat pumps.
Purchased parks are equipped with photovoltaic systems, for example, which are used to supply the park with green electricity. When building new parks, EuroParcs took care to integrate the accommodation into the natural surroundings in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
Wherever possible, the vacation homes are made from natural materials or durable materials. Acting and thinking sustainably is one of the goals of the employees. They are constantly trying to reduce the vacation parks' CO2 footprint.
