Who, what, where, when
Enjoy the best of both worlds! Not only is EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam located in the middle of nature and directly on the rippling water of the Markermeer, within half an hour you are also in the heart of Amsterdam. This way you can celebrate your holiday in a quiet environment and look for the vibrant city life whenever you want. What is so unique about this holiday park is that the holiday homes are all built in Old Amsterdam style. Traditional Dutch villages such as Marken, Volendam and the wooden houses of the Zaanse Schans are also just around the corner.
EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam is located in a wetland area with a lot of diversity in flora and fauna. The best thing about this park is that you can sail on the Markermeer during the day and moor your boat in the marina of the holiday park in the evening. On less sunny days you can also take a dip in the indoor swimming pool, relax in the sauna and the children can enjoy themselves in the indoor play paradise. Please note that parasols are not provided with the house as standard. Guests can collect a parasol at the reception against a € 50,- deposit.
The caravan and motorhome pitches of EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam are located directly on the water of the Markermeer. On the spacious pitches you usually have access to electricity (6 amps). You also have a sanitary building, where you can shower for free. At EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam (Camping Uitdam) you can enjoy the unique experience of camping by the water during the camping season from April 1 to October 1.
In recent years, the attention for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), the environment and sustainability in business has increased. An ever increasing amount of companies has received a quality mark in the form of, for example, a Green Key. We from team EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam are proud that we can carry this quality mark on our park. With the Green Key we want to show you as our guest that we attach great importance to sustainable business!

Unfortunately, due to work carried out by the Markermeerdijken Alliance, you cannot use the beach at the campsite for the time being. We can proudly announce that the beach at the apartment complex in the middle of the holiday park is accessible to all our beach goers. This beach has been completely renovated, so you can enjoy the sun, the Markermeer and the beach to your heart's content.
There are also long-term works near our park and along the dyke. Alongside the park and campsite, they are working on dike reinforcement. If you have any questions, please contact our reception.
