When you make a booking with multiple properties, there is still one main booker. We expect the payment from this main booker. The cost overview shows the costs divided by accommodation, so you can settle them yourself with your fellow travellers.

You can book up to 3 accommodations at the same time through the website. The accommodation types can be different and can therefore be a combination of a home and a camping pitch. Would you like to book more than 3 accommodations at the same time? Then please contact our guest service.

If you book the preferred properties, you can pick a specific house number on the floor plan. This can be done for a one-time fee of €39.

Through our website, you can book up to 3 accommodations per booking. You do this by selecting and booking the first accommodation. In the first step of the booking process you get the option to add a second accommodation. Please note: this option will only appear if you have specified a preference for a specific house number in the first accommodation. You then add a second and possibly third accommodation to the booking and complete the booking process.

In case you want to cancel one of the accommodations, this will be done according to the regular cancellation policy.

You can easily cancel your booking yourself online at My EuroParcs.

If you cancel within 24 hours after making your booking, this is free of charge. Depending on the period before your check-in date, the following fees apply:

  • More than 3 months before check-in: 15% of the total amount

  • Within 3 to 2 months before check-in: 50% of the total amount

  • Within 2 months to 1 month before check-in: 75% of the total amount

  • Within 1 month before check-in: 90% of the total amount

  • Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount

If you have made a business booking or have a long stay at EuroParcs, you cannot log in to My EuroParcs to manage your booking yourself. If you want to change something in your booking, we would like to ask you to send an e-mail or call StayXL on 088 070 82 20.

Children's furniture is not provided as standard, but can be booked via My EuroParcs ( based on availability). This includes cots and high chairs.

In My EuroParcs you can book the following additional items:

  • Children's furniture

  • Extra bed linen package

  • Towel package

  • Kitchen towel package

  • Beds made on arrival

  • Food boxes

You can also book extra persons and pets.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password on the My EuroParcs page by clicking on 'forgot your password?'. All you need to do is enter your email address and you will receive a new password within a few minutes.

If you create an account on My EuroParcs, you can do the following yourself:

  • Cancel a booking

  • Book extras

  • Book additional persons and/or pets

  • Payments

It is only possible to create a My EuroParcs account when you have made a booking or reservation at EuroParcs.

After you have made a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation in your mailbox. This confirmation contains a link to My EuroParcs with which you can create a password for your account.

This can have several causes. In many cases this occurs when a new
loyalty card was created while you already had an account. No problem! Contact us and we will merge your duplicate account. We do need your reservation number and email address for this.

Guests are welcome during your stay at EuroParcs. However, you must report this to reception because of tourist tax and the purchase of extra bed linen packages.

It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than the maximum number of people your holiday home is suitable for. So if you stay in a 4-person accommodation and there are two of you staying here, you may receive a maximum of 2 guests.

In general, you can watch the standard Dutch channels and a number of Belgian and German channels in your holiday home.

If you have a complaint during your stay, please contact reception. We will be happy to help resolve your complaint and make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can find the number and opening hours of the reception in the EuroParcs app and in your welcome information booklet.

It is compulsory for all persons aged 2 years and over to purchase a linen package from EuroParcs and these are included in your booking as standard. The packages will be ready for you in your accommodation on arrival.

The linen package consists of a fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase for 1 person. You can always book an extra linen package at reception during your stay.

All kitchens are equipped with a standard kitchen inventory. There are plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs. In addition, there are pans, dishes and coasters available. Everything to start your holiday carefree.
Please note that the hotel rooms and studios do not have full kitchens.

Electric and gas barbecuing is allowed on our holiday parks. The accommodation is not equipped with a barbecue as standard, but you can bring your own or order a barbecue package (including bbq) via the EuroParcs app.

No, a towel package is not included as standard in your stay. You can book this when making your reservation for €7.95 per package. If you have already booked, you can still do so via My EuroParcs.

The towel package consists of one large and one small bath towel.

Extras (such as bed linen, towels, a high chair, etc.) can already be added during the booking process. Have you already booked? Then you can do this via My EuroParcs.

Your visitors are welcome in your holiday home at EuroParcs. They can park their car in the general car park before the barriers. They may also use park facilities. Not every holiday park offers all facilities to visitors. Ask about the possibilities at the reception.

Most chalets, bungalows and glamping tents have their own Wi-Fi router. You can find the location of the password in the EuroParcs app under park info, then choose 'at the park'. The location of the Wi-Fi password can also be found in the welcome information booklet, which you receive from reception upon arrival.

There is also a public wifi connection at the holiday park for which you do not need a password.

It is not permitted to set off fireworks at EuroParcs vacation parks.

No. Towels are not included in the bed linen package. For towels, you can order an extra towel package during the booking process. More information about the inventory of your holiday home can be found on the page of the accommodation in question.

All important (emergency) numbers can be found in the EuroParcs app and in your welcome booklet, which you get from reception when you check in. Think of numbers of the reception, the nearest GP, vet and police station.

Yes, you can pay with your credit card at the parks if there is a pin machine available.

You are always allowed to bring your own towels. You will not get a discount if you bring them yourself.

The parks that you are allowed to enter by car use a standard time period between 07:00 and 23:00. The barriers open during this period. Outside these times you can park your car in the general parking lot.

For camping pitches, you can check in from 13.00 and check out by 12.00 at the latest.

Yes, subject to availability, you can check-in from 1 pm for an additional charge of € 35 per accommodation booked.

You can book an early check-in in the ‘extras’ step during the booking process. Have you already booked? Then you can still book this later via My EuroParcs.

Please note: early check-in is not possible during school holidays and public holidays.

Are you later to check-in than you expected? No worries. No need to call or inform us about this. You can check in as long as the reception is open.

Have you not yet checked in at closing time or are you arriving after reception closing time? Then the reception will contact you. Our staff will check the guest list for that day. In that case, you will receive a locker code so that you can collect your key yourself after closing time.

Please note: this is not possible if you have not yet paid your fare (in full).

The conditions of the flexible arrival and departure days are as follows:

  • Sundays, festival weekends and public holidays do not count as arrival days, departures are possible

  • During school holidays in your country of destination, Mondays and Fridays count as arrival and departure days (with the exception of EuroParcs Het Amsterdamse Bos, EuroParcs Brunssummerheide, EuroParcs Buitenhuizen, EuroParcs Spaarnwoude and EuroParcs De Zanding)

  • Not valid for EuroParcs Texel

  • Only valid for stays of a minimum of 2 nights

  • Exceptions may apply for larger properties (from 8 people) and hotel rooms

Late check-out:
You can book a late check-out at reception during your stay. This allows you to check out at 12 noon. You cannot book a late check-out in advance because of the cleaning schedule per holiday park. Reception checks availability at that time. You cannot book late check-out during public holidays and school holidays.

Lazy check-out:
With a lazy check-out you cannot check out later, but you will be completely relieved during your holiday. The beds are collected for you, the rubbish is taken away and the dishwasher is emptied. So you can end your holiday completely relaxed.

You can book a late check-out during your stay at reception. It is not possible to book a late check-out in advance, due to the planning of the cleaning party per holiday park. If you would like a late check-out during your stay, please come to reception. The reception will check availability at that time. Late check-out is not possible during school holidays and public holidays due to crowds.

The standard check-in period is from 4 pm. You can find the opening hours of the reception of your preferred park on our website.

Did you book an early check-in? Then you can check in from 1 pm.

At EuroParcs there are no specific arrival and departure days (outside of holidays) for pitches.

If you go camping at EuroParcs, you can move into your pitch from 1 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must leave your pitch tidied up before 12 AM.

  • Leave the property broom clean

  • Dispose of your household waste at the environmental park

Your dog is welcome at EuroParcs holiday parks and campsites! If you add your dog to your travel group, you will automatically see only the accommodations where your dog is welcome.

At EuroParcs Gulperberg, you can't stay in a holiday home with your dog, but your dog is welcome at the campsite.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per stay. Pet-free accommodation is also available. You can indicate your preference when making your reservation.

There is a surcharge per pet per night. You add the pet to the travel party and the surcharge will be displayed during your booking. Your pet can only accompany you if it has been added to the travel party.

What do you have to keep in mind?

  • Bring your own bench or basket for your pet's convenience

  • Any accidents can happen at the park or in the house, but you should always clean up

  • There are several bins at the park and you can pick up dog waste bags

  • Pets should always be kept on a leash around the house and in the park. This is for the safety of both the pet and the other park guests

  • Pets are not allowed on sofas, chairs and beds

  • Do not use blue or white bed linen for your pet

In the surrounding area of our holiday parks in nature, you will find a walking area or nature reserve where you can hike with your dog on a leash or off-leash.

At most vacation parks there is a recreational pond or something of water in the area where you can go with your dog. Often there is a period when dogs are or are not allowed to swim in the water.

No, there is no dog shower at a holiday home.

At EuroParcs Brunssummerheide and EuroParcs Zilverstrand there is a dog shower for general use at the holiday park.

It is useful to know in advance whether there is a mop in the house in case of accidents. You can find this under the heading 'take your dog on holiday' on the webpage of your holiday park.

You cannot change your booking in the EuroParcs app. If you want to change your booking, please contact us via the contact form.

For a private booking, it is not possible to receive an invoice. This is only possible if you make a business booking via info@stayxl.nl.

Bookings not made through StayXL are considered private bookings and therefore not business bookings. We cannot issue an invoice for private bookings.

If you want to make a change to your business booking, please send an e-mail with your change to info@stayxl.nl.

It is possible to stay in a EuroParcs holiday home for a longer period. This is possible, for example, if you are moving or renovating, or because of other circumstances. You can request this from our StayXL department by sending an e-mail to info@stayxl.nl or by calling 088 070 82 20.

At many of our parks you can rent regular bicycles and children's bicycles. You can find out whether there is a bicycle rental service on the page of the park where you want to stay. You can also rent an e-chopper at many of our parks. For this you must be in possession of a valid driver's license.

Every EuroParcs holiday park and almost every accommodation has a Wi-Fi connection and can be used free of charge. Our parks are located in the middle of nature, so keep in mind that the speed and range may be less than you are used to at home. If you have problems logging in or have questions about the Wi-Fi connection, you can always contact the reception.

On the day of arrival and departure, you can simply use the facilities at EuroParcs. Even before you have checked in and after you have checked out.

This depends on the holiday park and the type of facility. Please contact the reception of the relevant holiday park to receive information about this. They are aware of the conditions of the holiday park.

Changing the holiday park (rebooking) is possible up to 28 days before arrival. Contact us to discuss the possibilities, we are happy to take a look with you. You can change a booking by contacting us via the contact form.

If you opt for cheaper accommodation at another park, the price will remain the same. If you opt for a more expensive accommodation at a different park or for a specific preference, you will have to pay the difference.

Changes are not possible within 28 days before arrival.



At EuroParcs, it is possible to book several cottages next to each other. This allows two families to stay next to each other.
You can indicate your preferred house number when making your booking. This costs € 39 per booking. You do this for both reservations. You can see the house numbers on the map.

If you have placed an option with EuroParcs, an expiry date is attached to this. This expiry date has been communicated to you via the Customer Contact Centre or the holiday park itself. After this date the option will expire. If you want to turn your option into a definite booking, you need to have made a (down)payment via My EuroParcs. Do you still have questions about your option? Please feel free to contact the Customer Contact Centre.

Unfortunately, you cannot book extra guests via My EuroParcs. This is only possible by calling the Customer Contact Centre on 088 070 8090.

Children's furniture is not provided as standard, but can be booked via My EuroParcs ( based on availability). This includes cots and high chairs.

If you are looking for one or more properties for a large group, EuroParcs offers several options! For example, we have several group accommodations suitable for groups of up to 31 people.

EuroParcs also offers options for, for example, a company outing, staff party, family weekend, festival visit, study weekend or sailing camp. For more information, please visit EuroParcs Business.

If you have booked your stay with a tour operator, such as AirBnb or Booking.com, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your booking. Please contact the tour operator with whom you booked.

No, this is not possible. Due to hygiene reasons, one bed linen package per person is included in your booking as standard. This is a mandatory purchase, so you are not allowed to bring your own bed linen either.

You can easily cancel your booking yourself online at My EuroParcs.

EuroParcs may require a deposit in advance from all guests renting a holiday home. This amounts to a maximum of €100 per person*.

If everything in the accommodation appears to be in order after inspection, the (remaining) amount will be refunded to your account within 3 weeks. In case of damage or missing items, you will receive an invoice. You can use this when dealing with your insurance company.

Causing nuisance can also be a reason to withhold the deposit.

*Please note, at times of major events such as Dekmantel, Defqon, Awakenings or other festivals, a deposit of €500 per accommodation may be required.

At EuroParcs, we offer you the option to specify a specific holiday home or camping pitch during your booking for a one-off extra fee. This way, you are guaranteed to stay at your preferred spot.

  • For holiday homes, the preferential charge for a house number is €39.

  • For mobile home or camping pitches, the preference fee is €25

  • The preferential charge for specific features or facilities in a home or camping pitch is €33,-.

If, for any reason, we are unable to guarantee you this specific holiday home or camping pitch, we will contact you. We will look for a suitable alternative or you will receive a refund of your preference fee.

When you choose a cheaper accommodation, the price remains the same. If you opt for a more expensive accommodation or for a certain preference, you pay the difference.

You can also choose another accommodation within 28 days before arrival, as long as it's on the same park.



Rebooking is possible without change fee until 28 days before arrival at the latest. The amended booking must take place in the same year. Changing a booking can be done by contacting us via the contact form.

When you change the date of your booking, you always pay at least the amount of your original booking. If the price is higher than the original date, you pay the difference in price. If your new booking has a lower price, this difference will not be refunded.

You make your reservation according to the RECRON terms and conditions. There are different categories within these conditions. Check the conditions that apply to your stay:

The main booker must be at least 18 years old and stay at the park himself. It is therefore not allowed for parents to make a booking for children and then not stay at the park themselves.

At present, EuroParcs does not (yet) offer cancellation insurance with the booking.

You may be able to take out cancellation insurance with your own insurance company. Consult your insurance company for the conditions they apply.

Yes, you can. Please note that the transaction amount will be charged directly to your credit card at the time of the transaction.

EuroParcs may require a deposit in advance from all guests renting a holiday home. This amounts to a maximum of €100 per person*.

If everything in the accommodation appears to be in order after inspection, the (remaining) amount will be refunded to your account within 3 weeks. In case of damage or missing items, you will receive an invoice. You can use this when dealing with your insurance company.

Causing nuisance can also be a reason to withhold the deposit.

*Please note, at times of major events such as Dekmantel, Defqon, Awakenings or other festivals, a deposit of €500 per accommodation may be required.

If we do not receive payment within 2 weeks of the written reminder, the booking will be cancelled. Any costs incurred for the booking will then be charged.

See article 5 and 6 of the RECRON-conditions for all conditions regarding payments.

You pay for your stay yourself in advance with, among other things, iDeal, master card and VISA and you cannot pay (cash) on site.

You can pay for extras during your stay, such as bicycles, extra linen packages or groceries, on the spot. You can pay this in cash, but banknotes of € 200 and € 500 are not accepted. Transactions of € 250 or more cannot be paid in cash.

While booking online, you need to pay online using iDeal, mastercard and VISA, among others. Payment is subject to the following conditions:

  • When booking more than 6 weeks before arrival, you pay 30% of the
    invoice amount and the remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival.

  • If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, you must pay the full amount online immediately.

If you want to redeem a gift voucher from EuroParcs, you need to contact gastenservice@europarcs.nl. Take a picture of the front and back of your gift voucher and add it to the attachment of your e-mail. We will be happy to help you!

The standard bed linen packages and tourist taxes must be paid directly when making your booking.

If you wish to book extra bed linen packages or other extras during your stay, you can settle this during reception.

It is not possible at EuroParcs to pay in terms or to request deferment of payment.

If you have paid a deposit, you will receive the deposit back within 3 weeks to the IBAN number known to us. You do not have to do anything yourself.

If your payment via our standard payment methods does not work for any reason, it is always possible to transfer the amount manually to EuroParcs. The amount can be transferred to NL82RABO0317171313, with your reservation number as description or payment reference.

We cannot answer this question on the website, because your home number will be assigned upon arrival. If you want to guarantee a specific house number, you can book a preferred house number (€ 35,-) when making the booking.

Smoking is not allowed in all accommodations. Smoking is only allowed outside the accommodation, for example on the terrace or in the garden of the holiday home. If there is no ashtray in the accommodation, you can get one at the reception.

All kitchens are equipped with a standard kitchen inventory. There are plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs. In addition, there are pans, dishes and coasters available. Everything to start your holiday carefree.
Please note that the hotel rooms and studios do not have full kitchens.

Extras (such as bed linen, towels, a high chair, etc.) can already be added during the booking process. Have you already booked? Then you can do this via My EuroParcs.

Our holiday homes often have a filter coffee maker, Nespresso Professional Machine, Senseo or a bean machine. Children's furniture is not standard in the holiday homes. You need to book this at 'extras' during your booking process. You can book the following children's furniture:

  • Camping bed

  • Playpen

  • High chair

  • Baby bath

Most chalets, bungalows and glamping tents have their own Wi-Fi router. You can find the location of the password in the EuroParcs app under park info, then choose 'at the park'. The location of the Wi-Fi password can also be found in the welcome information booklet, which you receive from reception upon arrival.

There is also a public wifi connection at the holiday park for which you do not need a password.

You can park 1 car at or near the holiday home. Some larger holiday homes have space for several cars.

Yes, we have a number of disabled homes at our holiday parks. These are (partly) adapted and made wheelchair-accessible with, for example, wide doors and grab rails at the sanitary facilities.

You can easily find our disabled accommodations by selecting the search filter 'suitable for disabled' in the 'search & book'. This can be found under 'about your accommodation', then under 'personal preferences'.

The presence of an inventory list in the holiday home varies from one park to another. If the inventory list is present, you can easily find it in the accommodation. If your inventory is not complete upon arrival, you should report this to reception as soon as possible.

We cannot answer this question on the website because your house number is only known upon arrival. If you want to be guaranteed a particular house number, you can book a house number with preference (€35) when making the booking.

In general, the length of the beds in our holiday homes are 2m. This is the standard. If this is smaller, this is specifically indicated at the holiday park and the type of housing. An example of this is EuroParcs De Biesbosch: here some house numbers have beds with a length of 1.80 m.

Tiny Offices can be used by guests and owners, but also if you are not staying at the park. If you are not staying at the holiday park itself, please fill in the contact form, select EuroParcs De Zanding or EuroParcs Spaarnwoude and the subject 'Tiny Office'. The Tiny Offices can be reserved per half day for a fee.

Forgotten or lost something during your holiday with us? We understand that this is annoying. For questions about lost property, please fill in the contact form on our website. Please mention which park you stayed at and which cottage you stayed in. It is also useful if you leave your telephone number so that we can contact you if we have found the items. The park will contact you for further processing.

You can book a Tiny Office by filling in the contact form of the Customer Contact Center. Choose whether you want to book a Tiny Office at EuroParcs De Zanding or EuroParcs Spaarnwoude and select 'Tiny Office' in the subject line. The Tiny offices can also be booked through the receptions of EuroParcs De Zanding and EuroParcs Spaarnwoude.

The Tiny Offices can be used by the guests of EuroParcs De Zanding and EuroParcs Spaarnwoude. For example, you can withdraw during the holiday to work undisturbed or you can go on holiday to gain new inspiration for a personal project. The Tiny Offices are available per half day and can be reserved in advance. Inquire about this at the reception or fill in the contact form by choosing holiday park EuroParcs De Zanding or Spaarnwoude and subject 'Tiny Office'.

No, we do not offer arrangements for special occasions. However, you can ask at the reception of your holiday park about possibilities for a decorated house on arrival. Of course, you are also free to decorate your own holiday home.
